Position: Customer Service Associate
Responsibilities included account services telephone calls and email. I assisted customers with all types of situations including account problems, account inquiries, and more. I was to ensure that maximum customer satisfaction was reached at all times.

May 2005 - August 2006: freelance graphic design
I assisted small clients with advertising needs such as web design, print design, and identity. Clients included children's clothing retailers, periodical print advertisement, and others.
